Airlines Liability Group

The objective of the “carrier’s liability” working group is to achieve an improvement in the airline industry and its ground handling agent’s service processes for valuable shipments. A valuable shipment demands dedicated service that should be standardized. Airlines should not only exclude their responsibility in cases of irregularities and losses but guarantee a SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for the additional charged fee. The aim of this working group is to build a solid base for valuable cargo in order to reduce risks and irregularities to an absolute minimum.
